We originally ordered the CHI from the above vendor, received it promptly and it was as advertised. However, when it was first used, the CHI did not maintain temperature and a defective switch was detected. After contacting AM Health & Beauty on a Sunday, they replied within a couple of hours and offered to refund or replace the tool. As we just wanted a replacement, they offered to ship us a new one and enclose a return label so we would not have to pay to return the defective product! Something that is almost unheard of these days. I am very impressed by the service of AM Health & Beauty Service and would recommend them as a preferred dealer!
Heartbreaker
I purchased this item for my wife for our anniversary. Was shipped fast (3 days!)it should have, I paid $15.00 for shipping that actually cost $4.75 to ship! The next day my wife used it. The second day it would not turn on.
I returned it to the seller (Zoonda sales). Two weeks later, I contacted Zoonda, and they said they would replace it when they recieved the return. I tracked it,They recieved it. We still do not have the item. Can you say RIP OFF?
