I really love this straightener. It takes me less than 10 minutes to do my hair now, and it comes out looking perfect and feeling like silk. Definately worth every penny. Wouldn't trade it for the world.

I wish all CHI products would come with an auto shut off system when the iron is not in motion for a set amount of time.

Hair Pulling!
This product pulled my hair when I used it. Must be something with the design on the corners that catches on hair. Vendor was completely unhelpful with my problem. I regret the purchase.
